Poder decir adiós es crecer.
"Amar o depender" me introdujo a los escritos de Walter Riso y desde ese entonces he tratado de escuchar o leer la gran mayoría.
Riso siempre provee al lector con herramientas para superar la dependencia emocional y este libro es la invitación definitiva a cerrar capitulos con personas que ya no se encuentran románticamente.

Te ayuda mucho a comprender el duelo afectivo y el por qué de las cosas, te da tips para salir adelante y no caer en la dependencia emocional y en tu dignidad , creo que es un buen libro pero debes leerlo de a poco conforme pases tus etapas de duelo el final puede ser poco comprensible si aún no estás en una etapa final del mismo pero es muy útil
